GHD Stage (Gantry H Drive Stage), driven by Akribis' linear motor system, is with great positioning accuracy and great mechanical stiffness. Two solutions are available, H drive with dual feedback and H drive with single feedback. H drive with dual feedback is suitable for long-length bridge or high level accuracy condition. H drive with single feedback is suitable for short-length bridge or reasoable lower level accuracy condition.
